Sarters: Our special braised sausage, our own black pudding,
asadillo (sweet red pepper salad), kidney bean stew Chinchón style,
morteruelo (game paté) and migas (rural spanish stew with bread and chorizo).

This gift card “visits to all the dwellings in our Restaurant -Museum such as the Mill, the Cellars, the Lagar, the Atroje, the Bodega, the Caves…. An explanation of how wine and olive oil used to be made. ight seeing of all the photographs and autographs of our famous guests. A visit to our 15 meter depth and 100 meter length cellars. Etc.
After the tour, our “Tasting Menu” for 2 will be served in any of the dinning rooms of the guests choice.
