When we first started our business we kept our own chickens, pigs and livestock to create our dishes. Nowadays this has sadly changed due to all the new health and safety regulations.

Having said that, we offer traditional spanish cusine, recovering traditional recipes, with the best quality raw materials, offering a friendly and attentive service, in the impressive setting of a several hundred year old farmhouse.



As the most representative starters on offer we have flame-grilled chorizo, Mesón style black pudding, roast peppers salad, morteruelo (game pâte) , migas, Iberian ham croquettes, faroles and escaramuza.




As the main course our speciality is suckling pig or spring lamb roasted in our wood oven. The menu is rounded off with different kinds of traditional dishes and flame-grilled red meat. We would like to point out the Mesón’s soup, different kinds of traditional stews such as oxtail stew or judias Chinchoneras, Chinchón style tripe, flank or rump steak are some of our tasty offerings.





We are very proud of our home made desserts. We highly recommend miel sobre hojuelas (honied filo pastry), ”leche frita”, sweet almond pudding, our cheesecake, créme caramel or our rice pudding.





We have a short but well selected wine list of national and foreign wines The house wine is a young local wine served in hand made wineskins, just as we have always done for the last couple of decades.
